Building on the success of the first Grant Holders Conference in Limerick last year #HRBghconf17 promises to be bigger, bolder and better.
It is essential that the HRB community comes together to really build momentum for health research, ensure we get the attention of decision makers and continue to speak as one voice to influence positive change for health research in Ireland. This conference offers us the opportunity to talk about how we can do that effectively.
By extending an invitation to HRB fellows to participate, we look forward to engaging the next generation of health research leaders in our discussions and getting a broader range of views on key issues in health research in Ireland.
I encourage you to register now for what will be an inspiring meeting with a series of keynote speakers, fireside chats led by Dr John Bowman – broadcaster and historian, masterclasses, networking and much more.
Dr Graham Love, PhD
